My number one goal is to help you achieve your targets by providing you with bespoke training that focuses on your preferred methods of exercising, alongside qualified nutritional advice and solid physical instruction. I personally love working with my own bodyweight and keeping flexible, whilst also training for obstacle course races. I also train with weights, resistance bands and machines, in order to get the most out of all types of training.
