A highly motivated fitness instructor who is in love with all things related to exercise, healthy lifestyle and self improvement. Sometimes life can get in the way of chasing our goals. Raising a family from a young age, I never imagined I’d be able to turn my passion into a lifestyle but here I am, living proof that health and fitness is for all ages and circumstances. It’s never too late to start! The strength to begin your fitness journey comes from within but when you start to see improvements you feel invincible, physically and mentally. I regularly practice boxing, Muay Thai and weightlifting as well as taking part in spin, HIIT training and yoga and constantly exploring new workouts and fitness innovations. Practising a variety of disciplines has immensely increased my knowledge and passion for fitness, allowing me to offer a well-rounded training package, whatever your goals may be.
