I work with each client individually, starting with a detailed postural and movement assessment to understand what your body really needs. This allows us to identify imbalances or habits that may be causing discomfort and create a plan that feels realistic, supportive, and sustainable. 

Sessions combine Pilates, muscle activation and functional strength training to help you move easily and get stronger. 
I also include simple guidance around nutrition, energy, and mindset, because lasting change comes from supporting the whole person — not just treating symptoms. 
Everything is adapted to your pace and goals, with a focus on long-term results — less pain, better posture, strong body and more confidence both in and out of the gym.

  • Women Artistic Gymnastics Level 3
