I know the fitness world – especially on social media – can feel overwhelming, full of mixed messages and pressure to do things a certain way. That’s why I take a more personal, flexible approach. Your journey is your own, and I’m here to help you make sense of it.


My focus is on helping you build a healthy, sustainable relationship with movement – one where you listen to your body, celebrate your progress, and enjoy the process.


Together, we’ll work to break down any barriers you’ve felt around exercise, and create a training routine that feels rewarding, challenging and – most importantly – right for you.
