My ultimate aim is to show you an adaptable approach to fitness, one that revolves around making little changes that lead to big results and creating healthy lifestyle choices without taking the fun out of life. I want to help improve your quality of life, so that you can get the most out of it - allowing you to feel happier and healthier without feeling punished.

I am a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor and founder of Say Fitness Personal Training based in Chiswick, West London. My specialisms lie in Functional Strength Training, Pilates and Mobility Training.

Before becoming a Personal Trainer, I spent 10 years working in the corporate world in Design, Brand and Marketing, including roles at the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games and as a Lecturer at a top private University in Southern California.

I know first-hand how difficult it can be to juggle full-time work and a family at the same time as maintaining a healthy lifestyle, but it is achievable. I believe that fitness and good nutrition are the most accessible paths toward self-improvement, health and confidence.

My aim is to show you an adaptable approach to fitness, one that revolves around making little changes that lead to big results and creating healthy lifestyle choices without taking the fun out of life.

Over the last 11 years of coaching, I have helped hundreds of clients around Chiswick and West London with personalised strategies to help harmonise their busy lives and fitness goals, and at the same time empower them to lead more adventurous, joyful and fulfilling lives.
