Exercise should benefit you physically AND mentally. It’s a celebration of what your body can do and not a punishment for what you ate. I believe everyone deserves to feel all the positive health benefits of movement without feeling the pressure of diet culture to fit into a perfect picture that doesn’t exist.

I also believe we need to stop creating unsustainable lifestyles for ourselves where exercise and nutrition become the centre of attention. We are only human and the stresses of work, family and everyday life do not always have a place for rigid workout regimes and low calorie meal plans.  
 
I create a safe space for my clients where you can (re)develop an appreciation for your body, build up physical strength and find compassion towards food and exercise behaviours. I acknowledge the diversity of all body shapes and sizes and accept and respect emotional, physical, social and economic struggles that you might be facing.
 
For me, exercise equals enjoyment, empowerment and independence.
